At Pillbag, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which we ship products ordered on our website, www.pillbag.in.


1. Delivery Coverage

·         Domestic Shipping Only:
Currently, we only ship orders within India. You may access our website from any country, but the shipping address must be within Indian territory.

·         Delivery Service Areas:
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your area PIN code at checkout.


2. Delivery Timelines

·         Standard Delivery:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.

·         Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery:
Available in select areas for eligible products, subject to order cut-off timings and local courier services.

·         Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

·         Free Delivery:
Orders above ₹499 may qualify for free shipping (subject to change based on promotions or offers).


4. Prescription-Based Orders

·         Prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription to be uploaded at checkout.

·         Delivery will be initiated only after prescription verification by our registered pharmacists.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Tracking information will be provided via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.


6. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery

·         In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect information, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

o    We will attempt redelivery up to 2 times.

o    Additional charges may apply for redelivery if the failure was due to user error.


7. Delays and Exceptions

·         While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

o    Natural disasters, strikes, local lockdowns, or high order volumes.

·         In such cases, we will keep you informed via SMS or email.


8. Order Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
